Cancellation Policy

In relation to re-scheduling a booked provision, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk. For Parties, please contact us ASAP at office@tcwsports.co.uk with details of the party. We will sort a quote from there and send it back to you in due course. All payments have to be made prior to the party taking place. If you are looking to cancel a session and require a refund, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk and we can facilitate this through a BACS payment. However, if you are looking to cancel too late (anything later than 48 hours before for Kids' Parties) then you won't be entitled to a refund. You'll still be welcome to reschedule for a new date however you will have to pay again if you've passed the time given. With our Parties, TCW Sports expect a £100 deposit to be paid via BACS payment to confirm your booking and the date for your party. The booking will not be confirmed until the deposit is paid. The full amount needs to be paid before the day of the party or TCW Sports have every right to not complete your booking. If parties are booked and we receive no payment OR replies via email, we will still expect payment for the party as the booking has blocked any other potential work.
