Service Description
GILLINGHAM SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY AT 3:30PM! 4:30PM SESSIONS ARE OPEN TO ALL. PLEASE ONLY BOOK 3:30PM OR 4:30PM, DON'T BOOK 4:00PM This is a provision which offers a completely bespoke experience. We will develop a 6-8 week plan to improve on certain aspects within your football. Whether that is to improve with your ball striking, gain more confidence in dribbling, we've got proven results previously of players improving attributes in their football. ANY AGE IS WELCOME. THIS IS FOR UP TO 10 PLAYERS. With the advanced package, you will receive a developmental plan via email where your coach will keep you updated over your 1-2-1 experience as to what you can do outside of the sessions. You'll also receive a document with what needs to be improved by the end of the sessions you have booked, then you will receive the document again at the end of whether you've improved it and what could be worked on for future sessions.
Cancellation Policy
In relation to re-scheduling a booked provision, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk or contact Tom at tcoules@tcwsports.co.uk. If you are looking to cancel a session and require a refund, please contact us at office@tcwsports.co.uk and we can facilitate this through a BACS payment. However, if you are looking to cancel too late (anything past 24 hours for 1-2-1 sessions) then you won't be entitled to a refund. You'll still be welcome to reschedule for a new date however if you have no intention to reshcedule you cannot be refunded if you cancel within the 24 hours. If TCW Sports cancel a sessions due to weather conditions or health and safety reasons, TCW Sports will contact you to rearrange your session for another time completely free of charge. The sessions need to be paid for upfront. This will be through an invoice from TCW Sports where you will pay via a BACS payment. Besides extraordinary circumstances, if the 1-2-1's or 2-2-1's are not paid for before the first session TCW Sports have the right to cancel the sessions.
